STEVEN LOMBARDI, President

Steven Lombardi is 100% owner of Steven Lombardi Construction.   In 1983, he graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BS in Finance.   From 1983 through 1989, he was employed with his father’s company.   In 1989, he started Steven Lombardi Construction.   Company sales rose from 1992 - 1996, $1 million to $5 million and from 1996 - 2002, $5 million to $18 million.  In 1986 Steven Lombardi performed his first general contracting project, a 13,000 square foot office building.   Since then, he had done several other general contracting projects such as shopping centers, movie theaters, office buildings.


 
Steven Lombardi Jr. , Assistant Vice President and Project Manager

Steven Lombardi Jr. graduated from Seton Hall University in 2016 with two BS degrees in Finance and Marketing. He has been invloved in the growth and evolution of his fathers business, SLC, since 2011. His employment includes sales and analytics at Bloomburg LP from 2016-2019. Now he is an assistant and project manager at Steven Lombardi Construction.  

 
 
 
James DeCristofaro,   Project Manager

Employed by Steven Lombardi Construction in 2006 as a project manager. He graduated from Spring Garden College with a B.S. in Civil Engineering Tech and a B.S. in Construction Management. He carried out inspections and highway design for NJTPK, DelDOT, and NJDOT while employed by HNTB Engineers. His previous employment also includes cost engineering for Yonkers Contracting and owning his own cast-in-place concrete company.

 
Cheryl Mosiello, Office Manager/Comptroller

Cheryl Mosiello graduated from The HoHoKus School of Business in 1995. Her employment history includes IBM Construction Division, Burns and Roe Construction Group, Ratto Construction Company, and Meridian Construction Company. Her niche experience includes all aspects of management of a contractor business.  She has been employed with Steven Lombardi Construction since 1996 and her responsibilities include accounting, payroll, union & project reporting, personnel matters, office & real estate management as well as personal assistant to Steven Lombardi.

 
Our Project Superintendents

Scott McEwan, Mike DeCristofaro, Jerry O'Brien and Joseph Cicora have all had over 30 years of experience. Their responsibilities include all project expediting, coordination and scheduling.
